This program is for ambitious learners waiting for theirs.
Is this an internship?
No. This is a training program designed to feel closer to real engineering work than a course, without turning learners into free labor and calling it an internship.
You work on real projects with real users, teammates, engineering processes, and constraints. The work is chosen and reviewed for what it teaches you.
Do I need professional experience?
You can apply without professional experience.
We assess what you know, how you approach problems, and how much responsibility you can handle. We use that assessment to decide where you enter the project and what support you need.
What is the time commitment?
You do not need to follow a 40-hour workweek. The program is remote, and you can complete most of the work around your availability.
Before you begin, we agree on the time you can protect, the work you can take on, and how often you will update the team. Limited availability is fine. Ghosting the team waiting for your update is not.
How do I complete the program?
You do not complete the program by logging a fixed number of hours or simply reaching an end date.
You complete it when your project work shows that you can meet every program standard. You and a senior engineer review the evidence together before each standard is confirmed.
Does the program cost anything?
The program is free to join. Egoist Labs will not charge you tuition.
